David J. Squirrell, Esq. is an experienced litigator and trial attorney.
Mr. Squirrell worked as an Assistant District Attorney in a Trial Bureau within the New York County District Attorney's Office. As an assistant district attorney, he was responsible for handling misdemeanor and felony cases from arrest all the way through trial and verdict. Since leaving that office, he has represented many individuals arrested for misdemeanors and felonies. Also, Mr. Squirrell works with the Putnam County Legal Aid Society and is the defense attorney assigned to the Putnam County Alcohol Treatment Court. This criminal law experience has enabled him to gain tremendous insight regarding how misdemeanor and felony arrests and charges are handled by the Police, the District Attorney’s Office and the Courts.
